Founding AI Engineer/CTO
OUR MISSION
Join our super-ambitious team seizing one of the biggest opportunities in financial markets with AI. We’re a team of finance heavyweights, building what we believe could become one of the most significant AI-driven products for the financial industry.
We’re now looking for a Founding AI Engineer—a creative, technically sharp, and product-minded maverick—to join us on this journey.
About the Role
As the first member of the engineering team, you’ll have a rare opportunity to shape the vision, architecture and direction of our AI-driven platform.
You’ll work across backend systems, DevOps pipelines, data engineering, and AI engineering projects, helping us deliver real, measurable value to our enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do

Own Product-Facing AI Solutions – Develop AI-driven architecture and features that directly enhance the user experience.

Develop ML Models– Develop AI agent deployment strategy and LLM orchestration.

Design & Build Scalable Systems – Architect and implement robust APIs, data flows, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Manage Databases – Work with SQL and NoSQL systems (Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB) to design, optimize, and maintain data storage.

Implement DevOps Best Practices – Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, streamline deployments, and ensure resilient, scalable systems.

Must-Haves
-
3–4+ years of professional software engineering experience (backend, DevOps, or full stack).

Strong Python skills and experience building ML-oriented solutions.

Hands-on DevOps experience – CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.

Cloud infrastructure knowledge

SQL & NoSQL expertise, including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and relational systems.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills – proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field—ideally from a top-tier engineering university (or equivalent proven technical excellence).
